L.G. Wells

Visionary & Wordsmith

Welcome to my dark little corner of the internet... won't you come in?

I'm LG, a writer of horror and dark fiction. I'm fascinated by the stories that hide in the shadows, just waiting for a little ink to bring them into the light. This website is the heart of my world, a place where all my creations—and creatures—converge. My work is dedicated to exploring the darker corners of storytelling, and I'm thrilled to have you here with me.

Whispers from R'lyeh

Cover for Turn Left

Some exciting news! For the past few months, I've been deep in production on a new audio drama that I can finally talk about. I've partnered with the incredible team at audiomazes.com to create a horror/thriller called Left Turn, and I truly can't wait for you to hear it. We've been working hard to craft a story that gets under your skin, and it's been a fantastic creative journey. Mark your calendars, because it will be premiering this October!

The story poses a simple question: how far would you follow an electronic voice? It begins with a man and the friendly, disembodied voice of his new car's navigation system. But what starts as a helpful convenience slowly twists into a sinister game of control. Each instruction tests his obedience, leading him down a dark and horrifying path from which there may be no return.

I hope you're ready for the ride!

Found in The Shadows

...the memory of the fleeting shadow lingers, the sudden fear, the chilling silence—a reminder of the danger that might still be lurking just beyond the reach of the porch light.

Coming Soon! "The Trailer" - Some Deliveries are Hell.

Cover for The Trailer

It arrives like any other shipment. A sealed cargo trailer, anonymous and silent. But when the doors are finally opened, the silence is broken by a scream. Inside: a mutilated corpse and a lone survivor who has clearly stared into the abyss.

Some journeys end in darkness. This one brought the darkness with it.

Enter Detective Alexandra Rossi, a woman who trusts only cold, hard facts, and Special Agent Chance Ambrose, a man who knows some facts aren't of this world. The survivor’s story is a shattered mosaic of fear and paranoia. Rossi sees a murderer. Ambrose sees a victim of something far older and more malevolent. The truth is trapped in the shadows between a human crime and a supernatural evil.

As they trace the trailer's path back to its terrifying origin, they find themselves in a race to answer one question: How do you stop a killer that may not even be human?

He gets a brief glimpse of a trailer load in complete disarray. This he expected. The term ‘unexpected’ falls utterly short of capturing the horror of what he sees next, a vision so disturbing it will haunt his dreams indefinitely.
